Hideyuki Okubo is highly experienced and trained in the art of cuisine, and graduated from Tsuji Culinary Institute, specializing in many types of cuisine and skillfully blends a mix of different types of Asian cuisine here at Takumi Restaurant.
Hideyuki Okubo has worked in some of the top five-star hotels in Kobe and Tokyo and has received professional training from a number of top chefs in those hotels.
He has helped renovate many dishes at Takumi Restaurant, from appetizers to entrées, and invented a couple of new rolls of his own. Here, Takumi Restaurant truly offers the best combination of skill and creativity.
